A collaboration of creatives

My Eclectic Home is the venue for many fabulous designers. More than thirty independent makers and entrepreneurs each keep their own booth or space here, every one with a distinct style and specialty — which is why no two visits, and no two shelves, are ever quite the same.

Since 2013

How My Eclectic Home began

My Eclectic Home started in 2013, when Geneva Sipes set out to combine a wedding floral business with a home interiors shop. The idea came to life at a small storefront on Glen Avenue, just off First Street in Snohomish.

A year in, she was offered the storefront next door — small spaces to rent to entrepreneurs who love finding treasures and upcycling them into sought-after pieces. By May 2014 a space in half the historic JC Penney building on First Street opened up, and the two stores merged, My Eclectic Home together with Roots of Gratitude. When the other half of the building came free that October, she expanded again, bringing the roster to 28 designers.

Today the shop hosts more than 30 independent designers and makers, each with their own booth — everything from chippy vintage furniture and farmhouse decor to handmade art, seasonal tablescapes, and refinished antiques. Snohomish has long been a destination for antique hunters, and My Eclectic Home is rooted in that tradition.
